Okay, you may have already written the best article ever and you may already know the publication to which you wish to send you oeuvre. But the question is, do you know how to send your article?
Before anything else, it is important that you save your contribution in a format that is "safe" or readable by most people. Should you choose to email your contributions to the email ad of the publication in question, be sure NOT to leave the Subject blank.
In a standard email, you MUST, at all times, indicate the nature of your message. Apropos article contributions, it is always safe to write: "Article contribution for (name of publication)", "(Title of Article): Article Contribution", or "Contribution for (name of publication)".
When using email, you can simply cut-and-paste the article you have written from the word processor you are using to the text box of the email. However, especially when you are sending photos together with the contribution, it is best to attach the said article.
